Axenta Voice provides configurable voice agents, integrations with your processes, and related support as described in your order or agreement. Features and availability may evolve; material changes will be communicated in line with your contract or applicable law.

You agree not to misuse the website (including attempting to disrupt security, overload systems, or scrape content in breach of these Terms). Demo and trial features may be limited or monitored to protect quality of service.
3. Intellectual property
Content, branding, software, and documentation remain the property of Axenta or its licensors. Unless expressly permitted, you may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer proprietary materials.
4. Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Axenta is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the website or services. Any liability is limited as set out in your agreement or, in the absence of a separate agreement, to mandatory statutory rules.
